Am I experienced enough for this?

Yes.

Krash Course works with brand new skaters, freshies working toward assessments, experienced league skaters, and athletes returning from injury.

Everything is built around where you are right now.

How much time does this actually take each week?

Most skaters spend about 3 to 4 hours per week.

That includes training, habit and routine work, mindset support, and coach check ins. The goal is consistency that fits real life, not burnout.

Will I have to weigh and Mesure my food?

No.

We focus on performance based nutrition, not restriction or shame. You will learn how to fuel your body to support strength, recovery, and endurance.

We may suggest light tracking early on, such as photos or preplanning your week, to build awareness.

We do not require weighing or measuring food.

Is this an MLM or pyramid scheme?

No.

Krash Course is a coaching company.

Coaches are certified professionals hired through a formal application and interview process. Clients are not recruited into coaching roles.
