Is this more than just a personal trainer?

Yes. Krash Course is a complete roller derby performance system.

Incuding custom training, habit and routine building, mindset coaching, nutrition guidance, footage and skill review, and consistent accountability.

It is built specifically for roller derby by coaches who skate and understand the sport.

Am I experienced enough for this?

Yes.

Krash Course works with brand new skaters, freshies working toward assessments, experienced league skaters, and athletes returning from injury.

Everything is built around where you are right now.

How much time does this actually take each week?

Most skaters spend about 3 to 4 hours per week.

That includes workouts, habit and routine work, mindset support, and coach check ins. The goal is consistency that fits real life, not burnout.

Will I have to weigh and Mesure my food?

No.

We focus on performance based nutrition, not restriction or shame. You will learn how to fuel your body to support strength, recovery, and endurance.

We may suggest light tracking early on, such as photos or preplanning your week, to build awareness.

We do not require weighing or measuring food.

What kind of support will I get?

You will have a dedicated coach, regular check ins, weekly group coaching calls, and access to a private community of roller derby athletes.

You are supported with training, habits, mindset, and accountability throughout the program.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the level of support you need, but here’s a helpful way to think about the value.

If you tried to build this kind of support on your own, you would likely need to hire several professionals:

Personal Trainer — about $600 per month
Nutrition Coach — about $300 per month
Skate Coach — about $200 per month
Mindset Coach — about $200 per month

That’s roughly $1300 per month, and most of those coaches will have little or no roller derby experience.

Krash Course is NOT $1300 per month.
